The Premie Parent Collection items are shipped from Australia and are processed within 2 business days and then dispatched to your nominated address. 

Apparel, accessories and home décor are made to order using our printing partners and will be in production within 2-3 days and then shipped. Depending on your location, your order may take up to 2 weeks. Holiday periods and periods containing public holidays may impact the expected arrival dates. 

If you need to change your shipping address, please do so as soon as possible after purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

IMPORTANT: Please note we do not accept liability for shipping address errors made by the buyer or missed deliveries that result in your order being returned to us.
