Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we sure do! Your shipping costs are added when checking out and are based upon location and weight.
Unfortunately, we are unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments upon arrival in your country. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the courier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by The Sweetest Harvest.
How long does delivery take & can I track my order?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and then dispatched to your nominated address. All orders will be shipped via Australia Post with tracking numbers sent directly to your email address. For more information on shipping please go to our shipping page.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if the product you have received is damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page please contact us (with photo evidence) at info@thesweetestharvest.com
Do you donate to a charity?
Yes, 5% of all sales are donated to a charity to help premature babies.
